Julie has studied for the last 10 years with various ways of working with horses for human growth and wellness. She completed EAGALA training as an Equine Specialist and worked with mental health professionals offering equine assisted psychotherapy and learning programs. She has also been instructed in Horsenality and Humanality at Parelli Natural Horsemanship. She's studied most recently with Kathy Pike and the Academy For Coaching With Horses in Colorado.

Mindfulness On The Farm is a wonderful course about being more present with life, tuning in to the sensations coming up in our bodies, and aware of the varied thoughts and emotions playing through our minds and through our beings.
